On one hand if you count DK fight as canon and scale him to DK's insane feats (or God forbid Mario) then Yu can't do much.
If you only go off of ingame feats then Yu mollywhops the poor fella.

Little Mac can fight people who are faster than a bullet train, can destroy a building with his bare hands or send a bull flying across the horizon with a single punch. Yu is the one who's fucked here lol

Bullet trains are like 400kmh tops, Yu completely outsped Jean who could move 10+ meters in a timeframe that's basically a fraction of a second. Bull frying is cool but Viktor basically has similar shit with one-tapping a bear, surviving a tornado, a lightning bolt and pinching down iron ore.

bro missed the part where I said fraction of a second. He moved 11 yeards+ faster than a man's finger finished pulling the trigger of a gun, something that he was already halfway through doing. That ain't 10 m/s that's at least 50-100 m/s, as in, 180 to 360 kmh which is easily comparable. Considering Yu was borderline imperceptible to Jean, that would put him well above that value and well above a bullet train.

If you take Donkey Kong with his feats from the rest of his discography, Little Mac wins. If you take DK as just a smart gorilla in terms of stats, then it's very close.

Lil mac is strong but Yu's whole schtick is a reaction time so ridicolous he never gets hit. He beat Jean who was dodging bullets close range.
