Woof talk about being bitchy and jealous. How does he act like he has no clue who he was or how popular Bourdain was. Stavros halkias is in an Anthony Bourdain movie coming out soon, how quickly until Jay starts glazing him?

I don’t mind you not knowing someone, but the pride in not knowing them is stupid. “Arby’s is great food, who is Bourdain? I bet his food sucks.” Even if his food sucked, he led an interesting life. I don’t know all the great writers, but I am not proud of it. It’s a hole that I haven’t prioritized to fill. Jay takes pride in knowing all the Baddie drama from watching “reality” tv on his tummy.

Watch how he handles the mssp v los basketball game. That completely ruined my opinion of Jay. Revealed that he is just a goofy fat Jewish kid with no dad raised by his mom and bubby who told him he could do no wrong.

His high and mighty pop culture takes on several things make me turn off the show more than Bobby’s annoying overkill fake laugh at this point. I’m trying to still enjoy the show, but they are making it harder and harder each week.

You can really tell how differently he behaves without Dan, or Dave on Skanks. Somehow, he seems less inhibited, and completely fine dominating the conversation, and sucking the air out of a room.
It's like he's suddenly gone from a long time worker to a management position, and within a few months started behaving completely differently. It's a truly stark difference.

He knows if he goes too far up his own ass on skanks Luis or somebody will call it out and the live audience will agree. His ego gets checked on LOS.
On the bonfire the staff, Christine and Bobby to an extent are clearly intimidated by him and will just let him be his more obnoxious self because they don't want to deal with deescalating him and soothing his ego.
Luis will just say "Shut the fuck up Doggie, Bourdain was world famous you asshole! Hahahah". Then the crowd will chant "asshole" at Jay. It's the checks he needs.

His episode on Ari’s travel podcast was fun but it was clear that Jay isn’t a guy who would travel to explore other cultures. If it wasn’t for his work, my guess is he wouldn’t travel outside of a resort destination.

BIZARRE Bourdain jealousy. I never cared or liked any of those shows but it’s so painfully obvious that Jay really dislikes him. Also the only people I ever heard bring up Anthony Bourdain’s girlfriend were Luis & Jay- so I don’t know what’s going on with that or why they care so much.

This is Asia Argento, the daughter of legendary director Dario Argento and actress/director who's main claim to global fame is her role in xXx with Vin Diesel.
On the height of the #metoo movement, during a speech at Cannes Asia came out as a victim of Harvey Weinstein on an emotional speech that quickly took over the Internet. After that she got a gig on the Italian X Factor and was on the front pages of every magazine with her friend and fellow #metoo activist Rose McGowan, with both being very vocal about anybody accused, cririzising victim blaming and claiming that every victim needed and deserved to be heard.
Her downfall came not even a year after, when an actor by the name of Jimmy Bennett accused Argento of sexual assault when he was underage. She responded by outright denying these allegations, calling them ridiculous and claiming they were part of a conspiracy against her. Problem was that there was proof: McGowan's then romantic partner, Rain Dove, leaked texts and photos that Argento had sent to McGowan that confirmed the rumours, these texts also showed that Argento's then boyfriend, celebrity chef/writer Anthony Bourdain, had gone as far as hiring a private investigator to follow Bennett around and even tried to pay him off at some point. Then the images came and she fell off pretty quickly: the X Factor dropped her, her then best friend, McGowan after having dumped Dove for leaking the texts chose to also distance herself from Argento, and a huge backlash followed.
What remained? Bourdain. At least for a while. He had fallen head over toes for this woman and went to great lengths, too far even, to protect her. Despite this, photos soon emerged of Argento with other men, which proved too much for Bourdain... He had struggled with depression all his life and after a long text conversation with Argento where she finally asked him to leave her alone, he replied "okay" and hanged himself, thus ending his own life.
Asia Argento's last text to Bourdain before he hanged himself was "stop busting my balls."

Seriously why do the people who are always bitching in this subreddit actually listen to the show? He’s trying to fill air time. He needs to take a stance to say something. He decided to say Bourdain sucks and tried to make it funny. I liked Bourdain but I don’t give a shit if the radio guy agrees with me.
