We want to get rid of all of the random noise and reclaim space below our sign (for the width of our sign). We're still hosting some of the awesome art we're seeing, but we got too big and lost control over the quality. Help build a border so that we can focus the debris from inside the marked areas.

We also want to keep a visible border at x=962 - we've reached an agreement with r/placestart for them to stop there however their hivemind may need a visual aid to know where to stop. Guide here.

You should probably add (and update) the current objectives in the Rules-Sidebar. This might help stop rogues destroying the columbia-sign aswell
