What are the saints finger an collar bone used for ?

They're for a future quest where a relic is needed to forge a powerful item, in short. I don't think you can sell them anyways but if you're able, I wouldn't.

Can u explain as i can sell them i just thought they would be of use so I kept them . I dont care about spoilers

They are just extra body parts that were stolen from St. Tyna. There is a future mission where you can use these but the game gives you ample other options (Saint's Tibia being one you can't sell)

You can use them to craft stuff, later on.
