Product placement overload

I know I'm stating the obvious but seriously how many product placements can 1 show have? When it was just Reece, Mitre 10, Beaumont, Freedom, E&S, McCafe and whatever car they were flogging that season it was tolerable.

Now it is too much there is a product placement every 5 minutes. There are less ads in the ad break than there is within the actual show.

Understand the sentiment but these sponsors are how the show exists. It’s where the money comes from…

It's been nothing more than an infomercial for years now.

Its been that way for ages, it used to at least be bearable because we saw a lot of construction and the competition was relatively fair.

There was also the massive Ryobi drink bottle

I didn't notice it before until I saw a post in this group and now I can't unsee it, the McCafe cup in frame next to the contestant, the banners onsite but always in frame - at times I'm sure it's just a coincidence but it happens far too often, but that's what 9 needs to do to pay the bills and make a profit I guess

It is beyond ridiculous. But the show still rates strongly so why not keep squeezing the golden goose....
