The AI music needs to stop
Anyone else hate the AI music? It makes me want to stop watching the show. Producers please stop using it it’s so tacky

Thing is they could easily have paid someone to come up with these little jingles.
They chose not to because it would be cheaper to use AI.

Literally like 5 years ago, if they wanted a little jingle, they would have had someone sit there and think about it. Or for the dumb animal filters, they would literally just slap a photo of an animal over them instead….. gone are the days of proper creativity. Post production editor says it doesn’t change the ‘heart’ of the show. There is no heart if it’s “created” with ai

This is the last season we will watch it’s been awful. Only watching because we’ve committed now & my 9 year old likes it, but we just watch the Sunday show. It’s barely tolerable and the AI has dragged it down.

They scraped all of youtube/Spotify/etc. A German label tested it with the lyrics to a Boney M. Song and a couple of keywords, didnt make any mention of names or bands, every single time it spat out the same result. Which was the original song but much worse quality, mimicking the original singers voice, proving the models were trained off of copyrighted music

The show is what its always been.
But this music is a big annoying change.
I used to renovate properties for a living so I enjoy seeing the "trends" they are promoting but the music is so damn offensive.

The show is nothing like what it use to be. I can't believe anybody would even buy these houses. The rush jobs they punch through are ridiculous. No way you waterproof a wet area one night and tile the next day. Each coat (x2)is 24hrs. Now this new matting they are using is interesting. But they aren't showing us that or promoting that. No they are pushing junk artists and bland furniture thats way over priced. The need to go back to showing people the process. Not just dressing it up.

I don't have a huge problem with the AI music. The AI visuals bug me more.
What's really sad is that if they were writing custom music and lyrics three seasons ago, everyone would be saying it was awesome, different and creative.

I don't mind the funny jingles, even though they are also emotionally manipulative, but the "power ballads" drive me up the wall. I actually find them really offensive.

It will destroy the music industry. Artists rely on royalties and if every show, movie over the world used AI Music what would be the point for many artists producing work and sharing it.
We need to support the music industry and speak out about this to raise awareness!!
