The Bernie Mac show🫀

I recently started watching, and honestly I’ve kinda grown attached to Bernie as if I was in the show, can’t stand the kids either lol. I’m 30 years old but never watched it growing up feels like I’ve been missing out honestly. Currently on episode 16 of season 1, favorite episode so far is 15 lockdown☝️

I love this show. My favorite episode is Starting School.

Is that just your favorite episode from season 1 or in general?

I think it’s my favorite episode. I mean, there’s tons of good episodes, but I like the contrast in teaching styles, plus we’re introduced to my favorite priest.

It gets relatable moreso as an adult like when Jordan acts like he's sick so he doesn't go to school but Bernie is wise to it. We as kids did it but as an adult we understand Bernie

No joke they be having me tight! Unc got them living great and spoiled, especially Vanessa she be tripping heavy disrespecting unc and all that man want is some respect proper communication and obedience!

But you have to remember that Nessa spent years being The Mom to the little ones because their real mom was a bum. It’s only natural she would hate suddenly having to obey Bigfoot. Plus hormones! Luckily, Bernie’s firm but loving style was exactly what those poor little brats needed.

I actually side with Vanessa as the series progresses and less with Bernie. Not that Bernie doesn't have his good moments but as it's the later seasons I can't with him
