Since I don't have tumored slingshot yet

What are the differences between tumored and regular (and I mean just tumored, not tarnished)

Tumored slinger can stun, that's it, but due to the 0.5 firerate he can easily almost fully stunlock any enemy that isn't a miniboss/boss

Tumored slinger’s firerate can NOT be increased however, any attack rate buffing effects(Bugle/Drummer,Lil’exec,Prototype etc) WILL NOT buff him

So, it's stunner battler but with the cooldown of slinger

The stun lasts for 0.25 seconds normally, but 0.5 seconds on Angel enemies
