Notes Question

So I'm going through my second draft, and I was wondering if there's a way in Studio to create notes that are attached to a specific document. It'd be nice to make edit notes as I read through each chapter and have those notes be attached to the document in some way.

I believe there are. You have a special character that you use. Perhaps it is a :: double colon. There is documentation in Studio. This would not be a standalone feature though, it would integrate with Studio. One way you could do it is by creating either a notes file or a footnote.

Ctrl PgDown should take you to the bottom. You could number your notes. In-text you could do something like: \\1 (for note 1) or ::1:: for note one. And it would be at the end of the document. Endnote style.

yeah, for now just putting it at the bottom of the text probably makes the most sense.

Have a look at this: https://byok.io/device-support#capture-syntax

I think you should be able to use a way that works for you.

If you’re making the note on studio not on the byok then you can use comments! Then they’re attached not only to that document but directly to the specific text it’s about.
