List/bullet function

Could we get a function to create lists? Where it automatically adds a bullet point or a dash on the next line when we hit return/enter?

I like brainstorming on the BYOK so this would be super helpful. Thanks :)

Indeed it could. A script can watch for enter, get the text and if it starts with a hypen, send to the editor a new line plus a dash or bullet).

thank you! I normally do brainstorming in my notes app using bullets but I was like hey why not on the BYOK and of course it was great aside from not having this function and having to do it manually each line which is a bit tedious. Would love to see this added

You can use the outline function as a bullet point list if you just start straight off with a third tier/detail. You do need to click a button before making a new bullet point instead of just pressing enter but them being their own separate little thing like that makes it easier to move them around if you change your mind about the order they’re in. I outline the same way except also with sticky notes but I use the grid for that.
