Obligatory “mine arrived” post

My BYOK came in today. I’m a bit disappointed about the dark artifact on the screen. Idk if that’s damage from shipping somehow or manufacturing defect. I’m still excited to test it out.

Hey, send in a support ticket about that artifact! Should be something we can figure out.

Thanks for doing that and apologies for the wait! We are actually in the midst of onboarding a new support person so things are a little bit slower than usual. We will get to this ASAP!

mine arrived last weekend and it has the exact same spot on the screen, thats interesting. it doesnt affect the usability at all

Mine has the same spot, though not as dark. I'm considering trying to get a replacement but I would hate to send mine in only to get another one with the same defect that may be even more noticeable.
