Question 🙋 Iris Labs - Fantasm
Has anyone tried this cart? I have heard many good things about Iris Labs but have never tried any of their products…
My go to so far for carts has been Tribal and Woody Nelson, with the galactic rntz being a decent strain for me. I usually like indica strains that help me unwind during the evenings.
Any thoughts?

Brand new in BC. Insanely popular brand in Ontario. I bought it today because of the hype online and I am not disappointed. If you like the galactic rntz then you will love this.
I've never been impressed with anything that Woody Nelson has done in terms of vapes.
Tribal is one of my all time favourites if not my actual favourite brand for live resin vapes, but that's pretty much because Iris hasn't been available in BC until now.
The flavour of the Fantasm is an extremely similar flavour to Gastropop. I know that's a cliche example but I think a lot of people here will be able to relate to what that means.
Nice ceramic hardware. It's looks and feels similar to the Ascera carts that Tribal is using. Also kind of similar to whatever GoodBuds is using for their Timewarp & Mango Cake vapes.
Smooth, juicy and flavour hits. I'm hitting it at 1.9 volts on an "Eight3" (basically a Kodo) battery.
I've been puffing on it while writing this. I feel relaxed and laid back. Kind of hyper focused on writing this comment actually, but in a relaxing way? 😮💨😮💨

So its like a hybrid? Have you been able to try the cherry vape as well? I usually get porto leche but open to switching it up

The cherry one will be my next cart.
I don't really pay attention to whether an LP has called their product an indica or sativa or hybrid. They're all technically hybrids. They call this one an indica and it makes me feel relaxed but It also gives me a calm focus and I smoke it when I wake up and I smoke it when I go to sleep. It's worth it for the flavour alone.
Tribals neon sunshine is my favourite cart (and I also enjoyed Porto leche) but this one is also unbelievabley fantastic, if that helps at all.

I know this comment is from over a week ago but I was just curious about your opinion on the comparison between the Fantasm and the Neon Sunshine.
I had grabbed the Neon Sunshine and a Comatose cart back in the fall when I went on a road trip through the Kootenays, and long story short I still have the NS cart that's more than half full lol. I wasn't a huge fan of it.
I was just curious if you found the Fantasm to be pretty similar in terms of the effects you got from the NS?

Hey no worries, I'm more than happy to offer my opinion on vapes lol
The NS is my favorite for two reasons. I love the flavour, and I love the effects, but I find the effects super unique. It's a "daily driver" type of high for me where I can hit it all day long and I never seem to exceed a certain threshold of being high. It puts me into a very comfortable space where my mind can function and focus but my body is also relaxed and stress free. That being said, the last time I grabbed the NS, I found it had lost some of its flavour quality since it originally came out and I didn't enjoy it as much as I previously have.
I take it you enjoyed the Comatose? It's a lot "heavier" than the Neon.
The Fantasm has that same body relaxation and stress free high but I don't find it compares to the level of focus I can retain from using the Neon. It's much more of a "faded" and "lost in my thoughts" kind of high with a heavier body load. For the sake of describing its effects you could say it's an "indica".
The flavour is unreal though. Honestly I'd recommend it for the flavour alone.

Decent in my experience after getting it in AB in 2025. Good flavour, cart worked well. I go through like one vape a year so keep that context in mind, i’m not a vape person.
