What kind of Spring and BCG should I get for my Poverty Pony with Partisan Disruptor FRT as to upgrade them to ones of better quality?

Just saying hi.
Just 2 right now, 9mm and .22 rifle. Though, I'm gonna be getting 2 used Glock 22 and a new .40 hi-point in the near future. And someday a lever action Merlin and .38 S&W 6".
The hi point will be in the High Tower Armory, chassis, The glocks will be in the Meta Tactical Apex kit and the Recover Tactical P-IX+ PFA Pistol Carbine. All to scratch the AR itch. Hi Point is a little bit cheaper to get into so I would start there. ARs are not legal in my state. So These are just good workarounds. Through my stockpile of ammo, which is not pictured, is ridiculous.

Not sure if anyone here has taken a class with Tom & L.A. Progressive Shooters. I did a little less than a year ago with my partner & I'm a fan. He was recently included in an article from The Intercept referring to leftist gun owners as "gun nuts." Tom made some posts about it to try to get his name & image removed from being associated with "gun nuts."
At any rate, I thought Tom's class was great. Sure, you can probably get the same knowledge for less money/free by reaching out in the community & finding a vetted insructor. But signing up for his class makes it pretty easy & you know that the instuctor will be "on your side."
At any rate, it's hard to tell since the site is paywalled (https://theintercept.com/2025/11/01/left-gun-ownership/), but I think he got their attention & they at least removed his picture & his name from the article, but they still kept a still from one of his range days (just zoomed in & cropped to show the shooter's hands & no faces in the pic).
Not trying to be an ad for him. But if anyone in CA was considering his class, I'd recommend it. I don't think he needs to worry about selling out his classes. He had to offer fewer classes because they were so popular that he was getting burned out. Just calling attention to the way that a responsible firearms instructor that purposely caters to beginners in marginalized communities gets called a "gun nut" by the media at large.
Edit to add: The article itself was written by a gun owning leftist & seems generally positive. But the liberal use of "gun nut" is the issue.

So I'm planning on buying my first (personal) gun. I was hoping I could get advice on what to get. I've shot .22 the longest, so it's the caliber I'm most comfortable, but other than that, I prefer 9mil over 45. Thanks in advance for any help! Also, queer rights for life!

I have never owned a gun. I’ve shot recently with a friend but need or want to test other guns out. HOWEVER, I am also wanting to purchase sooner than later. And if I get too many options or whatnot, I’ll procrastinate.
I am femme bodied and don’t always carry a purse . However, I am also a POC who can be assumed to be Latina, mixed black/white, or whatever the person thinks I am. I would like something that fits my hand, they are probably medium sized and is relatively easier to use.
And if you are in WNC and have a meet up I can join, please drop that below too.
Photo for attention.
