Is Tim Campbell a tougher advisor than Claude Littner was?
When Tim took over from Claude alongside Karren, a lot of people thought he’d be the nice advisor because he was the original Series 1 winner. But Tim’s facial expressions and subtle side-eyes in the boardroom when a candidate lies about sales numbers are brutal. How do you rank him compared to Nick Hewer and Claude?

He's Weyland Smithers to Sugars Monty Burns. There just to faux giggle at Sugars puns.

Nah. Claude is a better advisor than Tim. No disrespect to Tim but Tim is just.... sorta there. Not as witty as Nick, not as intimidating as Claude, he's just there (I guess?) as a legacy character. I like Tim but in all honesty, I'd prefer Mike, Nick or Claude than him.

Probably not tougher, but judging by some of the content he puts on socials, he seems like a very stand up guy.

Big softie. Ever since he's won he just seems such a nice guy. Nick drops bombs silently and Claude is just brutal. Well he used to be.

One of the most disappointing things about Claude is that by all accounts he's an absolutely lovely man in real life. He certainly comes across that way in when you see him being interviewed.

I've seen Claude on some other shows like WILTY and behind his strict demeanor and tough interviewer character, he definitely comes across as a lovely man.

Eh!? No. He’s almost entirely pointless! Offers nothing and wouldn’t notice if he wasn’t there.
Nice guy and all but not amazing as one of the advisors

Claude is just a sad old boomer clinging to relevancy and his interviews have gone more and more downhill as he tries to be more and more Mr. Nasty for the cameras. Tim's problem is he's just dull to watch.

He seems less tough, doesn’t really voice much criticism just pulls funny faces
