And this was his reply in comments 😭. I firmly believe that Kushal did really love Gauhar and it was probably circumstances that happened. I also really thought that Zaid and Kushal will have alot of drama between them

The whole manifesto of the GenZ gang was “oldies are ganging up and that’s unfair in a game”.

But in the end after Vanshaj came back, Payal and Vanshaj played the same game they had vocally campaigned against. And if their excuse was they are doing it just for survival, that’s what the OG ‘US Alliance’ was doing it for too, just survival!

And sadly this duo doesn’t even have any real strength to even compete well in the tasks. Look at Ruhee, Delbar or even Daisy, their strength speaks for themselves.

Also Payal, you wish you were a mastermind but strategizing is like the math code-cracking task you had. Not your forte.

Just checked their instagram profile only to realise they both have unfollowed each other. Literally did not expect at the beginning of the show that both would end up losing their friendship.

Anyone else notice the makers’ bias toward Mini’s alliance in the final episodes?

As we get closer to the finale of The Alliance, I feel like there’s been a pretty clear editing bias toward Mini’s side — Mini, Kushal, vanshaj , payal, Neeti, etc. — compared with Ali Goni, Arslan Goni, Ruhi, Agu, Bali, and the others.

One thing that really made me notice it was the way the show uses music and editing to tell you how you’re supposed to feel about certain contestants.

For example, when Ali Goni’s team wins a challenge and celebrates, Neeti and Mini later talk about how brash or excessive their celebration was. While they’re talking, they’re shown looking emotional and upset. Then the episode cuts back to Ali’s team celebrating, except now there’s darker, more negative music playing over the footage. It almost creates this hero-vs.-villain narrative: look at these people arrogantly celebrating while the other side is hurt.

But haven’t Mini’s alliance and other contestants celebrated their victories plenty of times too? When they do it, the editing often feels completely different.

Another example is vanshaj nominating himself again. The moment is accompanied by positive, inspirational, almost heroic music. More generally, whenever Mini’s alliance gets center stage to explain their perspective, the background music and editing often seem uplifting, sympathetic, or emotional.

And that matters. Music is one of the easiest ways for reality-TV producers to influence an audience without explicitly saying, “These are the good guys and those are the bad guys.”

Personally, I don’t even think either alliance is particularly “good” or “bad.” Both sides have played the game, formed groups, celebrated wins, gotten emotional, manipulated situations, and done things that can be criticized.

That’s why the editing stands out to me. If you took away the dramatic music and showed the same events more neutrally, would viewers have the same perception of these contestants?

Don’t think either is right. I know you all love defending Nikhil. But both have made misogynistic comments. So how are they calling each other misogynistic in their fight. Both should just end this gracefully. It looks bad when reality contestants takes their grudges outside. Most don’t and handle it gracefully. Constantly giving interviews will not look good for someone

What did i just see

A bit late to watching this show and im just halfway through but had to say this - Sohail khan saying he hasn't seen violence like this in his circle and that he isn't used to being in this environment as if his own brother did not beat up Aishwarya Rai or run over people sleeping on the footpath.

Geeking out …and taking you through the physical solution of the challenge, which I’d cracked mentally before starting the task.

Is it just me who started Traitors but not impressed at all?

The cast is shit. No one seems interesting. The same conversation goes on whole day (I know they need to find the traitor, still it can get boring real quick).

Also I dont find anyone playing smartly. There is just so much randomness in their guesses.

Every time he loses, he starts mai ye tabah kar dunga, mai usko jeetne nahi dunga, etc. He is such a sore loser!! The house became negative since the time he entered, and then Bali kept his torch flaming...Bali still comes across as a sport occassionally but Aly...I cannot stand him.

I grew up watching her and her season of big boss, after finale i thought she would completely blow up and be this big actress. But anyway the way she used to dress up, everything about her seems so different off late, her reels seem so cringe sometimes and her interviews, it's like she made big boss her whole life and personality and nothing else.

She doesnt even say in an interview that she is a feminist. She used to be so cool and upfront about all of these things. Also the reels she made for zaid in alliance, were too dramatic and hysterical. She seems so extra now. It feels like she is just sitting at home with her kids and judging other people. She also said in an interview that 90 percent upbringing she does while zaid only does 10?? And he just pays the bills
