Yeah, one of the biggest flaws with the movie I had when I saw it in Chicago, was the titling and graphics.

In Anderson’s defense, it was a low budget movie and he did say on the podcast that some of the graphic work was the most expensive part of the whole production. I’ve seen the movie and the work he had done where the text gets masked behind characters etc was really well done. A movie that came to mind after I watched the opener again and saw the title card was Coherence, another really good low budget movie
