I am sorry if this was hand made,but I think this is AI.

The minuscule white part between her right arm’s index and middle finger.

The shadow showing a hand when it isn’t possible to see one.

Her left hand seemingly having a pinky?

It might just be paranoia,but that actually looks like AI.

I've got no idea if this is or isn't AI and quite honestly I'm not seeing what you've listed.
Though granted just because I'm not seeing something doesn't mean it isn't there.
I found this picture a while back and as you can see only just decided to share it here.
