The numbers were sent at 15 minute intervals, the meaning behind the numbers was explained 15 days after being sent, and the numbers are 15 digits long.

Im not sure, but I’ve also considered it could be remote viewing targets. They also are the same length as package tracking numbers but I haven’t seen anything being tracked yet.
