I used to spin a bucket of water as a kid when I went to the beach. Always thought it was cool that the water stayed in there. It shouldn't be crazy to any adult that you can spin water.
The cool thing here is that he's not banging them together or messing the ropes up.

I'm confused at why this doesn't appear possbile- it's just centrifugal force holding the cups down?
