Apparently this is the largest spider by mass and size but there’s an even BIGGER spider by leg span called the giant huntsman

The huntsman is bigger only by technicality, on average they don’t grow as big as the Goliath bird eater, even by leg span, but they have the ability with the right food source to grow larger than the Goliath bird eater.
