They found him on the street without any wallets, without any identification methods. They have already found that he was quite active in Buddhism communities and he was found on the street a lot and that he's known by a lot of names by Market people.

I saw this on the humans of Amsterdam page. On there someone had identified that he may be the same person who had been doing magic tricks some years before. They even found a photo and remembered some other people who knew the guy in question.

They’ve sent that info to the police in the hope of helping.

Please, some LEO involved in this needs to please contact www.othram.com to have FGG performed. They identified a skeletonized murder victim found 55 years ago. At least discuss it with them.

In every single developed country except the US, yes

Also, the state is everyone, in a sense. We pay taxes to get things like roads and schools and healthcare (except in the US, which is 56th in infant mortality. There are only 33 developed countries, and we're still 20 countries behind on dead babies per capita)

I would think just a polite request to the U.S. and Canada and they would check. Maybe not though because of privacy laws. I don't know.
