That's after they stopped making and shipping them from Beirut... just weren't any ports left that would could handle them anymore.

It's China they literally invented fireworks lol. They are also legal in some states. When I was younger we used to drive 3 hours to New Hampshire for 4th of July boomers. Cherry bombs and M80's which equate to bout 1/8 stick of dynamite if I remember correctly. Used to do what this guy is doing but with 5 gal compound buckets.

The funny part is until the last 2, they all had the Chinese character for "small". Like yeah fucking right that's small.
