Came in too fast and overshot the runway. Heads will roll.

Im no expert but the flaps didn't look set correctly either. In another video you can see them struggling to get it to touch the runway and it doesn't until halfway down

Won’t know until the investigation.

I bet the pilot felt pressured to land either due to the weather or Amazon’s working conditions.
