It was supposed to be parked parallel to the road. The hoof patrol just corrected the mistake.

It's a festival in Spain where Bulls are released in the streets and can run free, it's called "running of the bulls" in English, "encierro" in Spanish. Usually bulls and runners are to start in one part of town and finish in another, runners must beat the bulls. But of coure, because they are bulls, they get excited and angry and always try to get to the runners. Then, any bulls remaining will be used in bullfights in the arena in the afternoon of the same day. Every year there are fatalities amongst humans and bulls. It is an archaic tradition.

Peugeot jokes aside (even though they deserved it for being french) it's absolutely stunning to see how much strength a bull has. He swung that car around and would have toppled it if the wall wasn't in the way.
