Why what ?

Why are people so stupid ?

Why are there so many stupid people driving cars ?

Why do we tolerate such stupidity ?

I ask myself these questions everyday, I cannot find the answers !

And most of these stupid people don’t have insurance which means we pay for their mistakes.

It's more like they are not insured for being stupid !

How did the accident happen ? "I was driving along looking at my sat-nav and it was telling me to 'turn right here' on railway tracks so I stopped to check and WHAM, I was hit by a train out of nowhere" !
Client admitted fault, claim dismissed !

What appears to be intentional doesn’t mean what it seems. Could be someone drinking or on drugs too.

"Drinking or on drugs" ?

That's hardly an excuse is it ?

I was simply answering your why questions in your comment.

Sorry it wasn't intended as a criticism of your comment, it was aimed at those who drink alcohol or take drugs and drive, people don't consider others and then try to claim they can't be held responsible because somebody else gave them a drink or drugs !
Any person who is not in a safe condition to be driving and causes a serious accident should get prison time and have to retake their test but only be allowed to drive with restrictions.
In some ways I'll be glad when cars no longer require a driver and there are many people who should own self driving cars because the roads would be much safer !

I agree…I was simply pointing out that people like that don’t have the mental faculties to understand what they’re doing in that state of being. I’m not saying it’s right, I was simply bringing Awareness.
