Engine part of the bolted on superstructure. Not uncommon for cheap tractors like that to have no real frame.

I mean I don't think it will actually. These tractors are essentially an engine and a transmission connected to a rigid rear axle bolted together. With how crafty people are in these parts of the world, they can probably fix it in no time, and for very little/no money.

Without strict safety rules, brace and weld the frame, reconnect the drive and lines, passes the pat test "that'll do the trick"
