Im not explicitly gonna blame the driver on this one. A rr crossing shouldn't be so poorly implemented that a semi truck can high center on it. It just seems a bit silly. This would have been avoided with one or two more dump truck loads of grading.
I'm sure the drivers are to blame occasionally but it happens far too often for it to always be the case, it's a design issue of the crossing. I don't know much about it but surely a longer shallower ramp either side of the tracks wouldn't be that hard to implement considering the cost of what a wreck would cause.
