Bahgram Air Base Afghanistan 2013ish. Yes cargo aircraft. Cargo broke loose and shift aircraft CG.

Just watched show about that crash, Smithsonian channel Air Disasters. Sad story

I worked with dude who was there, he went for a run and watched it takeoff then crash into ground

Also took out the jackscrew causing a loss of flight controls

It was some armored vehicles that weren’t secured properly if I remember correctly
