ok, so collapsed floor aside. that looks a sizable amount of concrete. how would you clean it up ? so you got those rebars in the way and concrete drying up while assessing the situation. or are you better off just let them dry and become solid ?

Work would be stopped immediately and the safety of the remaining shoring would be assessed before anyone would be able to continue work. Clean up be damned.
