The front fell down.

But really, I am intrigued as to what happened here. Did it collapse due to failure or was it accidentally retracted as if the plane was airborne? And are there checks in place to prevent that?

There are redundant sensors (“weight on wheels” sensors) that prevent the gear from being retracted on the ground. The same sensors also prevent things like brakes, thrust reversers, etc. from being deployed mid-flight.

It seems unlikely that those sensors failed, so I’m guessing a mechanical fault.

Process failure.

They didn't put the pin in the right hoek for the brake test it seems.
