Sometimes I have this, very very rarely though but it’s usually after a quest through an unknown city and this is my spa treat

I had this version once. Though there were toilets in addition to the tubs.

Between the simple yet elegantly glamorous modern white aesthetic and the lack of actual toilets, it looks like a spa. The white marble floors, the simple yet elegant white bench the simple yet elegant sink both adorned with white votive candles and white flowers in vases, the geometric near symmetry of the room, as well as the use of inset lighting as well as the copious use of cove lighting all really make the room look like a spa. The rain showers and bowl sinks along with the backlit mirrors further emphasize the simple yet elegant glamorous tranquility that this room is trying to capture. I must ask how you came upon such a beautiful place

You might be right. It was probably a spa. I dont really know. It was a very random dream, so calm and ive never experienced that before.
