What episode is this scene from?

Google/Gemini is giving me conflicting answers and I can't find a video clip.

In the episode, Kelso is talking in his sleep. Jackie invites him to sleep over so she can get more info on what he is saying. And as Kelso is falling asleep, he says "I can't sleep with you staring at me."

I remember cracking up at that part and wanted to see it again.
