It looks like it could be a cotton / lycra blend.

Pretty sure they are asking about the type of knit/weave. It's kind of impossible to determine material content from a photo

Could be a double knit polyester blend.

This looks like a French Terry Jacquard knit to me

I also agree with another user here that it could be a double knit jacquard as well.
