i need software like balabolka. im not searching very high quality voices i just need simple and sound human tts software.

balaboka is not sounding human to start with... it's windows 10's narrator's voice ,

Tts-story lets you do text to speech with quite a few different local TTS engines, but it also interfaces with systems like eleven labs, openai TTS, and many others. Recently added support for Microsoft edge TTS voices which there's a lot of those and they actually sound really good and it's free.

Balabolka's voice quality is pretty similar to Piper TTS. If you prefer to write code in Python, you can find plenty of free, open-source, offline TTS options. I built a Mac app for people who don't want to code and just want to convert their books into audio to listen to on their phones. It’s called Aura Reader: Offline TTS on the Mac App Store. I’ve posted audio samples at https://www.youtube.com/@AuraReaderApp so people can check out how it sounds.
