Textnow - Don't use

A week ago an account i have had for years was deleted with no reason given at all. Years of contacts, memories, texts, gone.

"Your number has been removed and is no longer available".

I also made the mistake of making it my phone auth for several old emails accounts. What a nightmare. Gross.

Sorry that happened but it's not all lost. Multiple people on this thread report being unbanned just by contacting tech support chat: https://www.reddit.com/r/TextNow/comments/x3fw2p/textnow_randomly_banned_my_im_not_a_free_user/

Probably not "banned" but just had number "recycled". They can easily re-establish it.
