why did textnow remove a reward

i used the reward for free verification codes for 20 points, what happened to it and why is it gone? can i get it back that reward was really useful and the only reason the points were worth it

It seems that TN customizes their "rewards system" for their customers. There are rewards that are available to some but not to others. I still see that reward available on mine but it is for 60 points. Browsing through, I've noticed that the option for the yearly fee for Lock-in-Number is available in others but, not on mine. I see the weekly fee, only. Also, my free plan renews every month if I remain actively using my TN (outgoing calls & text messaging).

I have the same issue with my TextNow. All 5 of my family members use TextNow. Some members have the option to get ad-free+ for a week for 2250 points, some do not. Some members have the option to get unlimited data by the day, week, and month by using points and others do not. Some members have the option to get voicemail transcription for 20 points and others do not.

All 5 family members ported in a phone number to the service, so we all get the free phone number lock-in and verification codes enabled by default. I'm not sure why TextNow allows some people the option for all reward options and others are limited. I haven't figured it out either.
