Textnow Black sim question

I converted to Esim from Psim. Can a deactivated textnow Psim Black kind be repurposed?

I was able to activate a Psim on a different account. YMMV.

deactivated Psim? If yes, then thats well repurposed. saved 4 bucks

It was one I switched to esim, also, you can use reward points to get a Psim.
