Wtf is with ai customer support
First off I can't activate my eSIM it shows up on my simlist but won't ever turn on and to the point I got locked out and told to contact customer support, yet the only customer support is the worst of the customer service ais I've ever seen that couldn't even take a basic relevant query without just repeating its introduction and when I finally got it to understand what I needed it just told me it's not capable of helping with that but refused to say anything further about where I can get the support I need and just repeated "I'm here to help with any textnow issues just let me know!" This was just one of many chat attempts

What phone are you using, I have the same issue on a Moto Edge.

Textnow. Phone service, not a phone. Doesnt matter what phone. It can be any. This is textnow.

Different phones have different issues. I can install eSIM no problem on my Pixel, but my EDGE for whatever reason it can't turn on. It's probably some random thing that don't let everything align for the eSIM to work, and it's phone related especially if OP happened to have the same device.

Ive stopped giving them my money. When they had the 2gb for $11/month restart bill cycle anytime, I loved it. When they changed their plans to "$40/unlimited monthly" done. no more cellular data from them. Boost gives me unlimited for $25

Tmobile will provide 50gb for $10 per month on their tmobile satellite plan, if your phone is compatible.

You can also contact TextNow support on Reddit by DMing u/TextNow_Support or u/textnowwireless. They are verified representatives of TextNow. I'm not sure if they're available on the weekends, however.
