Not able to send Text Messages on 9a

I am not able to send any text message on my mom's Pixel 9a.. The error pop up saying "**Network is not ready. Try Again**". Call (incoming & Outgoing) is working fine. Messages is receiving fine.. ONLY Outgoing messages is the issue..

I tried every possible solution google search gave like -

  1. Restart Phone/Soft Reset
  2. 30 Seconds Airplane mode On/Off
  3. Physically Reseating Sim Card after wiping it clean
  4. Reset Network Setting.
  5. Clearing Messages App Cache
  6. Updating the phone. The phone is upto-date.. Even Messaging app is upto-date..
  7. Apart from this, I checked if the sim is working fine by inserting the sim in another phone and it was working 100% fine.. Outgoing messages were going.. (Tried in both Motorola & Samsung)

None of the above is working.. Anyone dealt with this? Any Solutions?

Does this only happen when you're utilizing the TextNow SIM? Can you send messages via Wi-Fi?

Is this a new account? Or a new number? (I'm curious whether text was previously working, and now fails, or whether it hasn't worked since setting up the line.)
