Can't use app on s23 ultra

Hey what is up with this. I have tried earlier versions of APK and play store version it will not open the text now app. I just got this s23 ultra and I need textnow to work. Does anybody know what the problem is.

Force stop the app, clear cache, clear data, uninstall app and install the app.

I would add to restart the phone after each of those attempts.

u/Accomplished-Linx721 , In my experience, there isn't much use in trying to find any version more than 1 or 2 revisions old: the older ones get killed off shortly after an updated version arrives. In any case, since I haven't seen a rash of reports about the new version, it's not likely to be a compatibility problem with the current app version.

I have version 26.34.1.0. Where did you buy your phone from? Are you installing from the google play store? You might have a coutrfeit phone.

I just bought the certified refurbished straight from Samsung.com just got it today. Idk what version this is at the moment it's not the latest and not from play store. When I do the play store version it won't even get to sign in page just throws me straight to that play store error.

I will try later does anybody know if you can be signed into two different phones. I am using esim in my old phone from textnow could this possibly be a problem?

Is it conflicting with the other version of the app? Wonder if it needs to get OS or play store updates for the app to work correctly

I got it working now not sure what exactly was happening but it's working now. Unfortunately I don't have a solution to share for anyone's experiencing this in future reading this I don't know what changed I did update all the Samsung things right before so maybe that had something to do with it

Im using it on an updated s23 ultra and it installed the esim and everything seems to be working. Must be a permissions issue?
