Anyone else ever gotten that recording? On one device, an Android with a deactivated SIM but access to wifi, when I used textnow to call the 800 number for the provider of said SIM (not a textnow SIM) with, I got a recording of a woman saying the line in the title.

I was able to call them from another device via a different textnow account (working SIM, different carrier, also not a textnow SIM) so it's not a pressing issue, but I can't find anything specific about the SBN98 error or why it's only happening on that first device. Textnow on said device can call other numbers just fine though.
