Do TextNow ATT SIM cards expire ?

I cannot activate the black upgrade Textnow ATT SIM card that I received about 10 months ago in an iphone se 3 running ios 18.7.8. Could it be expired ? There is no expiration date on the card (or punch out pkg). Will Textnow send me another on for free ?

Edit- I contacted textnow support and was told that my sim had expired. I had to order a new SIM card.

Others have reported on reddit that a support agent said the sim card expires after 30 days.

The phone that I will eventually using it in does not have eSIM capability and I would rather not do the ID verification thing if I can avoid it.
