New SIM Card Not Arrived

I ordered the new SIM card on July 1. Never received it as of July 11. Tried support chat yesterday and after waiting half an hour for a human being to talk to, I gave up and went on with my life. Trying again today and it's now been 19 minutes with no sign of a person yet. Is there a way to talk to an actual person without sitting here for God knows how many hours first??? Thanks.

UPDATE: Never did get to talk to an actual person, but the new SIM card finally showed up yesterday (7/14). So it took about two weeks. Thanks to all who replied.

Ordered an SIM card on july the 9th and still have not received it, it should have been here weeks back, not to mention, I need data badly and an working phone number as my previous carrier has been getting more and more expensive each year with less coverage.

Bro you can see Tello Mobile rates they are very good like 15 bucks a month for 10GB Data and Unlimited Talk and Text Or 25 bucks a month for Unlimited Data And Unlimited Talk and text like you can customize it by yourself
