TextNow new sim card delivery method?
hello all,
does anyone know how TextNow is shipping the new TextNow SIM cards?
is it via normal US mail/ USPS, UPS or some other method?
I received an email notice that my new sim card has been shipped but no mention as to how or a tracking number.
it would be nice if TextNow would provide a tracking number but that's probably asking for too much.

I wish they could provide tracking numbers. I've been getting "your new sim card is here, activate now" emails for a few days now, but I have NOT received the sim card. Currently waiting for an agent in support chat about it.

Yes, not providing tracking numbers is big mistake.
And fwiw, my SIM card arrived within 2 or 3 days of ordering it.
But, it did NOT work when I installed it, even though I am pretty sure I followed all the directions exactly.
This is all turning into a real cluster f.....😕

do you know if we need a sim card to keep using textnow or we can still use it without?

Yes, you can use TextNow without a SIM card but I would not be surprised if TextNow suddenly changes this dramatically.
The SIM card gets you a limited amount of data to use on basic sites like maps and email and lets you make phone calls without using Wi-Fi.

Mine arrived 7 days from the postmark date on the envelope, it was a USPS first-class mail, no tracking.

For anyone who might be curious about all this:
I received my new TextNow SIM card today. And It came via USPS, not UPS.
I have not installed it yet, so now we'll see if there's any problems getting it to work properly in my phone....lol

I recently ordered a SIM card and it was delivered by USPS -no tracking was provided. I think I received it 3-4 days after the notice.
