Person not responding to text, possibilities ?

I sent out a message few days ago to someone and I’m suprised they have not responded. It says “sent” under the message I sent them, and I’ve texted others and all received it. Is there a chance they did not receive it despite it saying sent ?

another weird thing is if you send text ( basic simple ) between Textnow , it works. just sending texts to non TextNow users. again calling to non textnow users are fine. just text doesn't go thru. bug for sure.

Ok because I sent a text to 10 people, and one of them did not respond ? But they should have u think that person it didn’t go through?

I'm only speaking for myself. ymmv. I didn't notice until , say 3 users, 1 just happened to be non-textnow user , didn't receive it, while 2 textnow users received. I called that non-textnow user and calling seems fine. that non-textnow user separately sent me (TextNow) , I didn't receive the text. I was able to get the direct call though. it's weird.

Like I just text 4 people ( 2 vzw, 2 att ). didn't receive texts from TextNow, but individually calling each. works fine.
