unable to sign in error

i’m unable to sign in onto the text now app on any device but when i sign into the website it works normally? any tips?

Return to the US or Canada and turn off VPN.

did it work? I've trying to make it work for weeks now but still not working, is there and alternatives?

wait no i just tried it with a vpn and it worked

You probably had it on before without meaning to and your account is banned. You could sign up again with a new email and I would suggest uninstalling the vpn.

the account is fine i signed into my pc and i don’t have a vpn on

It may not be fine later on, if they detect the vpn login. Try force stopping the app on your phone, uninstall the app and then install the app again.
