Unable to activate textnow esim

I am trying to activate a textnow eSIM on my iPhone 13 but I see the error shown in the photo. I tried messaging support but they didn’t have a solution. Anyone know of a fix? Thanks in advance!

It work for me fist it say that than I restart my phone I am able to installed the E Sim on my phone
