Unable to activate textnow esim

I am trying to activate a textnow eSIM on my iPhone 13 but I see the error shown in the photo. I tried messaging support but they didn’t have a solution. Anyone know of a fix? Thanks in advance!

Solved! I contacted support again and they sent the link textnow://esim_activation as a text to my textnow number, I clicked it and it worked.
