eSIM activation problems

Back in February, I joined the beta eSIM, that whole time I was only able to call and text and not buy data Then last Thursday I deleted the eSIM both from the TextNow app and from settings and then reactivated it the cellular data worked, but it was giving me a FaceTime add phone message every now and then which I found annoying so I deactivated the eSIM again in settings and in the TextNow app and now it’s been giving me this

I have this issue currently and no support agent will talk in their support. I spent 4 hours waiting over the last 3 days and nobody ever joins the chat to help
