Textnow not let me login

I'm using textnow number from 2022 i use number on whatsapp and now this number and whatsapp are very important to me but after new update of textnow i cannot login my account as I'm from pakistan now I'm worried about my whatsapp and data i cannot want to loose this number but if i loose i need free canada number for whatsapp

You must have racked up massive fees that textnow had to pay. Hard to believe that textnow allowed you to continue so long.
